April 18, 2017 Dear Sisters and Brothers; We
most cordially invite you to attend the 120th Annual Grand Chapter
of Wyoming, Order of the Eastern Star, “Love Comes In Small Packages”
Session. It will be held August 9-12,
2017, at the Parkway Plaza Hotel and Convention Centre, 123 West E Street, in
Casper, Wyoming. Enclosed are forms for pre-registration, social
events, tentative session itinerary, and information regarding housing. We encourage you to pre-register. The
registration fee has changed this year and you will note the fee for
pre-registration is $25.00 per person and the fee for registering on-site
when you arrive is $35.00 per person.
Please register with the respective chairman listed on the pre-registration
and social events forms. Housing reservations can be made directly with the
Parkway Plaza who is offering Eastern Star rates. When making your room reservation, let them
know it is for Eastern Star. A list of
other motels close to the event is enclosed.
There are no Eastern Star rates at the other motels. Make copies of the forms or all forms are
available for printing from the Grand Chapter of Wyoming website grchapwyo.homestead.com. Please note the target date for registration, meals
and housing reservations. Please see
the tentative session itinerary for valuable information regarding Grand
Chapter. It lists practices, photo sessions,
meeting and session dates and times, and social events. All meals and Grand Chapter activities are held at
the Parkway Plaza Hotel and Convention Centre. We are excited and look forward to
